Prepared fast - Top quality bread rolls - Once or twice a little hard to understand what I wanted but a damn good place here guys - Support your good local places everyone :-)

Great choice of savoury and sweet baked goods, sandwiches superfresh and very cheap with a great selection...you'll be hard pressed to find a cheaper, tastier sandwich anywhere in Perth. Yet to try the take home meal range, but they look fantastic and competitively priced. Overall a staple weekly favourite

Did a catering order 1x hot food platter, 1x fruit platter and a standard slab cake for $60. Really happy with it all considering the prices! Ordered with a few days notice, paid in full prior and picked up ready on the morning of our party. Everyone talked about how lovely the hot savouries were and the cake was a standard custard cream sponge but great for the price! (Served probably about 40 people). Thanks all!

We have recently moved to Carlisle and unbelievably have the Carlisle Bakery right on the corner of our street. I am quickly becoming a regular. The range of cakes, slices, pies, filled rolls, prepared salads and meals, soft drinks and of course coffee is amazing. Quality is 10 out of 10 and prices very reasonable for generous sizes. The hardworking folk who run this bakery are lovely. I think I may have died and gone to heaven. This is a fantastic business run by great people.

Such a local gem. Everything is made fresh daily. Prices are super reasonable and the quality is always high. Hard to name my favourite items as I have so many. Even the sliced bread is really good (I find it stays fresher for longer compared to the supermarket options).

For those who are complaining about day old stock it is always offered at a discount. And a big one. The one day old rolls are half price and still as awesome. The whole place is a local legend. I notice it is "local guides" complaining. Perhaps not local (or perhaps people who get off on trashing a wonderful business where the food is as good as something high end for twice as much

Morning coffee with a cheesy sausage in pastry, and a custard slice (with cream in it, omg awesome!). I also bought a birthday sponge cake and some milk, which they kindly kept in the fridge till I had my treats and was ready to leave. Very busy with regular callers all morning. Friendly and helpful staff.

This cozy corner bakery offers the best jam doughnuts and custard tarts, known for their freshness and deliciousness. It has two parking spaces beside the shop and additional street parking. Outside, there's a small seating area for quick bites. The staff are very friendly.
